I understand you, i'm in a similar situation. All I can say is to try accessing relationship counselling.
Ii am currently in the same situation last night be blocked me on fb and WhatsApp when I called him directly he did not answer my calls the whole night only respond this morning, so I think he was with someone last night
just adress that your feelings are hurt. If he doesn't care about your feelings or doesn't take them serious, than ask yourself how much energy you want to invest in this relationship.
