Secret relationship

Hello. I’m gay and dating someone who’s gay but not out of the closet yet to anyone. We’ve been dating for 3 years but all of our family and friends believe that we are just really close friends. I can’t help feeling like I don’t want to keep this secret forever and it hurts not being able to show affection to each other around others. I don’t want to force someone to come out if they aren’t ready as I know how hard it was for me. Any suggestions on what to do and how to handle a relationship that needs to be a secret?
