Does it feel like someone is cutting your neck, airway, and esophagus slowly? And a heavy chest and something heavy stuck in??

What is this feeling called? Does love make someone feel like this too?

@Sannnnn

Love can feel alot.

But it can also feel fun.

Exciting.

Scary.

It's important to not become overwhelmed and remain focused on what matters 💜💕

@Sannnnn

Love shouldn't ever be suffocating, it should feel good 💕

@SannnnnThe feeling you describe—like something heavy on your chest, difficulty breathing, or tightness in the throat—is often linked to intense anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm. Sometimes people call it "choking up" or a "lump in the throat." It can also be a physical response to strong emotions such as grief, fear, or even intense love. Love can sometimes cause a heavy or tight feeling in the chest, especially when it involves strong emotions like longing, heartbreak, or anxiety about the relationship. If these feelings are frequent or severe, it might be helpful to talk to a healthcare professional or counselor to explore both physical and emotional causes. Would you like more information on how to manage these feelings?
