On saturday I was at my home 'cause a Degree Party, and my family and girlfriend were at that. So in a moment I was doing so many things and I couldn't share Time with my gf, AND she started talking with another man and I get jealous, but I was busy and my girlfriend told me she was gonna leave my home and her family said goodbye. I didn't wanna her to leave, I accidentally pulled her, and her family saw it, at these moment I was rude with her and she felt sad and I disapponted her She broke me Yesterday and asked me to prove better things I'm sad because I hurt her, I really love her, I don't wanna lose her

Tell her how you feel, just like when you first met. Tell her you really like being around her so you felt sad when you coudnt spend time with her before she left. If she fully understands why you did it, it becomes alot easier to forgive.
