Starting over.

I am starting over in my life again. Alone but not alone. Having to move into a new place starting a new job (when I get employed) is actually scaring me. I feel paralyzed

@unassumingLunch5580 If I may suggest something I would say you should focus on the first step of your new situation.. thinking about many things at once, Or considering all the steps you have to go through in your new situation is a perfect recipe for anxiety... so, Make a plan, Compartmentalize, And start with the first step.. And by doing this, you will have a clearview of what you have to do, but also, you will realize that small steps are easily manageable which means it won't cause anxiety
