Stuck
Day by day its getting worst inside me.
Im stuck with a person i cant love because his perception of life is different with 5% place of love in the form of physical need and 5 % place in the form of affection. And for me life was always about being loved and a fantasy of emotional attachment.
Now i feel i am getting worst internally and externally i just want to spend time with myself and be alone, and due to that i am getting lots of negative tags from my partner and my heart aches that how can one be like that much stone hearted. After being sorry again and again the cycle repeats, im stuck with him in this life all because of my small kids which i dont want them to get affected . Inside i feel totally broken and lost…

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way, and I want you to know what you’re going through is incredibly heavy, and you're not alone in feeling lost or broken in a situation like this. The kind of emotional disconnect you're describing… it’s not small. It chips away at you quietly, and yet painfully, day by day. You’re not “too much” for wanting love to be more than duty or survival—you’re human and your heart deserves connection, softness, and to feel seen. It's oka to grieve the dream of what you hoped life would be. It’s okay to feel tired. It’s okay to feel distant when you're constantly being misunderstood or judged for simply needing space to breathe. Wanting time for yourself isn’t selfish it’s a way of surviving when the world inside you feels too loud to explain. The love you give your children is already a massive act of courage. Staying strong for them doesn’t mean you have to completely abandon yourself. You matter too. You, as a person not just as a mother or a partner you matter. Please don’t lose sight of your own worth. You are not broken. You are exhausted from carrying more than anyone should have to, especially without emotional refuge. One step at a time, even tiny ones, just toward anything that makes you feel more you a walk, art, a quiet cry, or writing this out like you just did those are acts of strength and if no one has told you lately: you are doing so much and you are so deeply valuable even if no one around you knows how to say it or show it the way you need. You're still here. That means there’s still hope. You're not alone in this.
