So me and my wife(not married officially hopefully soon) have been together for nearly 4 years and as of recently we are on a break im afraid that shes gonna leave me and its making me panic I love this girl with my heart and soul and im afraid of losing her

I hear how scared you are right now. This situation can bring up a lot of panic and what ifs. At the same time, a break doesn't always mean the end. Sometimes people ask for space because they're overwhelmed, need clarity or want to process things. It is painful, but it can also be a time for both of you to reflect on what you need and how the relationship can grow.
