Toxic relationship
I need some advice on how to get un-attached to a toxic person, despite my whole being not wanting to let them go.

This can be so difficult.
But ultimately , its about making a choice.
If they are not bringing happiness to your life, you need to walk away.
Because life is too short, for not be treated in the way you deserve 💚

If u didnt move on now when u sure that this person is not good for u ull regret this after ull give lot of chances at the end ull feel bad not for breaking up but for giving lot of effort and chances to someone who could not appreciate it and thats the worst feeling ull feel bad for yourself and not for that person if Ur not sure about it make a paper of negative things that person did and positive things and see who will win
I am going through the same thing right now. A sense of not being enough, a sense of not being chosen, a sense of not being respected. A feeling of things being one sided. My current partner communicates what makes her uncomfortable and unsafe and unloved. And I love this human so purely that I am willing to change or stop doing the things she doesn’t like. But when I express the same need for change or consideration towards what makes me feel bad, unsafe, uncomfortable, unloved. There is no willingness to change, stating “that’s how I am” “I will not be giving up these things for you because it makes me feel good” the script is also flipped to me being controlling, jealous, narcissistic, making it about me. So I’m going to unfortunately end this relationship. I haven’t been able to for the past couple of months. And I can relate with you. Having this feeling of my soul and entire being not willing to let this person go.

It’s completely natural to feel torn when letting go of someone you care about. Sometimes, the hardest part is loving them while also protecting your own peace. Take small steps to create healthy boundaries, remind yourself of your worth, and focus on the things that bring you joy and calm. Letting go doesn’t mean you stop caring — it means you’re choosing your well-being too
