Trouble with parents

My father is a horrible bf; he has little made my mother cry (of sadness) on her own bday. He barely helps my mom support us financially though he has 2 jobs… He also shows favoritism towards my sister and can ever admit when he’s wrong. My mom is sweet but has a terrible anger problem, when shes upset she can sometimes but her own anger out on my and becomes petty/harsh. She’s also dramatic since once when I was at a party she got mad at me for not knowing that my friend’s mom didn’t reply or text her so it was my fault for not being aware, irresponsible (lost my phone for an hour) and had broken her trust and that I wouldn’t be able to go to anymore parties; then just to text me 30 mins later like she didn’t just cuss me out .. this isn’t the first time something like this happened to she once ignore me for an hour because a missed a few calls then acted like it was nothing.
