Me and my boyfriend have been together for about 6 months. We are long distance and have not met in person or talked on the phone. We text every day as much as possible with our work schedules. He had a lot of stuff go on why we haven't spoken. I'm okay with that for now but I continue to overthink things. Does he not really want me, is there someone else, just stuff all the time. I got this way after by divorce. My boyfriend told me me the other day that I overthink everything to the point I'm sabotaging my own happiness. Am I trying to be miserable? I just don't know what to do anymore.

@turquoiseSail3237 thank you for opening up about this with us.

it sounds like your divorce has caused you to overthink things, which is quite understandable when you've been let down before. and a lot of the time it's not even something we are purposely doing to ourselves, but it's simply how our brain works after a situation that was stigmatizing for us.

It very much has. I feel I have a great guy but my mind just won't let me be happy and trust the process.
