Very recent breakup

He broke up with me yesterday. He said he can’t treat me how I treat him. He said he ignored me on purpose. He said he loses interest. But, he said I’m amazing. He knows that. He said he hoped and prayed and begged that we can still be friends. And so I said yes. Of course we can still be friends. We still text now and then. But, I always text first. Like I usually do. And I still love him as much as I usually do. And, I fall too easily and love too hard. I’m too hopeful that we’ll get another chance at this. That we’ll get to be together again. That this ain’t the end for us. That this isn’t forever. I’ve been hoping. I’ve been praying to God. I was so happy with him. I don’t care if he can’t treat me how I treat him. Just as long as we love each other. He was my everything. My sailorman. My husband. My darling boy. My whole entire universe.
