WHY THE RIGHT TO SAME-SEX MARRIAGE SHOULD BE CELEBRATED
Hello, I was moved to write this by a similar forum post I saw.
To the point: I am a proud supporter of Same-Sex Marriage rights. And I believe everyone should be too. Fairness, equality, love all dictate that all persons should be to decide who to fall in love with.
It is my specialty on this site, helping people navigate through tough times in same-sex relationships and also helping those who wish to become supporters who are not.
In the USA, the Constitution says that all are created equal and all have the same rights. This country has not always practiced that, to be sure. But I am proud to be a champion of it and 1000% support the right for any person to fall in love with any person they wish (who are of age).
Same-sex marriage rights, to me, are very important. If you would like to discuss any aspect, fell free to reach out. I have talked to everyone from Christians to Atheists who come out as full-fledged supporters.
I would like to take a moment to say to all in the gay community: I respect you. I respect your rights. I respect your freedom. I respect your marriages. I celebrate you as part of our diverse country and I will forever defend your rights and your love.
@OpenAndHonestGuy7 I believe you should be able to love whom you love. If you love them, you should be able to support them legally, emotionally and physically. Age (as long they are legal) and how one identifies themselves shouldn't matter as long as they are accepted by their loved ones.
