When my boyfriend and I fight, he tells me how i’ve ruined the relationship, how I treat him like crap, how he doesn’t feel loved at all. I thought i’ve done everything to show him I love him so when he feels like this I have no idea what else to do. I think I need to let him go so he can find someone he feels loved by, but it’s so hard to let go.

It sounds incredibly tough when your efforts to show love and care don't seem to be enough. Let him know that you're trying your best and ask for specific examples of what he feels is lacking
