hai im just really anxious right now because im not allowed to date (teen rn and i think its because of academics and focusing on school) and im too scared to communicate with my parents about it because i dont wanna get forced to break up with my boyfriend of 4 months. so basically the reason why im anxious currently is because when i was handing back my dads debit card to him with my phone in the same hand, he saw a picture of me and my boyfriend and asked who it was. i played it off as a friend and he was like “a guy?” and i said “yeah, i cant have guy friends?” and he said “no.” i guess it was teasingly? but im not sure. he didn’t bring up it or ask any follow up questions after that. i’m just really scared that he’s suspicious of me or if i’m going to get caught so i just need to know if im cooked or not😔😔 maybe im just spiraling or overthinking but i don know

@kaezu

I think you are fine.

Your parents just want the best for you and love you.

Keep up with your studies, do your best and it will be fine 💕

@kaezu
It makes sense to spiral when love and rules collide. But right now, all that’s happened is a moment of suspicion, not a crisis. You’re not alone; many teens go through this quiet fear of being “found out.”
You’re not wrong for loving someone and still wanting to respect them.
