4 year relationship losing the luster (25M & 23FM)
I (25M) just am not 100% sure if I am ready to commit long term. We tend to bicker and I sometimes feel like I have to walk on eggshells, however I do love her and she has been a great girlfriend I just am not like always always excited. She is constantly asking me to marry her, but I just dont think we are on the same page financially or what we 100% want to do like where we want to live etc. Our lives are extremely intertwined, Im very good friends w/ her brother, close to her family, my family are friends with her family. Similar friend group etc What do I do? I have NO idea how I could even talk to her without breaking her heart which I dont wanna do...
Listen life’s not perfect well far from it. Your never going to be 100% fight free. My husband and I suck with money but we make it work. If you love her then be with her. My husband was my friends for like 3yrs off n on. One day we decided to date that lasted a week till he requested I move with him. I left that Friday and we got married a week later now 8yrs later I love him even when he’s a asshole cuz he’s my asshole lmao. Just marry the woman or Atleast engaged that way she gives you a time. It sounds like you do want to be with her so maybe the big change freaks u out but it will be ok.
And if you really don’t want to get hitched now maybe you have doubts. Idk but I just winged it with mine
Yes I have tons of doubts. I have no idea what excites me long term with her? Its scary cause I do care for her.
