So I have a friend and we are like really good friends even when we have only been friends for 2 years. I could literally talk to her about anything. There is one ting tho is that she’s been causing me a lot of trouble! I started stealing because of her, smoking ,drinking, racism and being homophobic because of her. And i don’t know if I should drop her or not. I’m not myself anymore. My parents are loosing trust and I’m scared I wanne drop her as my friend but I’m scared.

I used to have a friend like this too. We were really close and we do sleepovers and shopping and everything. She said she wasn't happy about her school so in sixth form she changed to my school. Maybe it's because we never studied together, i did not know how she is like in sch. We continued to stick together in sch and I introduced her to my frds. Everything was good until I discover she steals and drinks in her past sch and is now going out with people who drinks and smokes too. Tbh how could you not be disappointed and sad about it. I would really want to confront her but I didn't,trying not to make things difficult. But dumping her, probably a good idea if you are affected by her. However, I wanted to say, if you are there for her, you should stop her from doing things she would regret for the rest of her life. Only if you are capable though!

I don’t think you have to completely shut her out of your life, you are responsible for your actions and you have as much capability to influence her as she does to influence you, decide your own boundaries, decide who you are and who you want to be and live that life regardless of what others do
