So just looking for any advice. Me and my boyfriend have been together for about 5 years now and living together for about 4 years. A few months ago out of the blue. He said he not sure if he wanted to be together still he not sure if he still loves me and not sure if he sees a future with me but doesn't want to hurt me or lose me as a friend because he really does care about me. So here we are a few months later and I feel like everything is going well but I also thought that before until he blindsided me. I issue is I overthinking over analyze everything and create situations in my head that may not be the case. I will take everything situations and overthink it from the way he might act on particular moment and think okay this is it he does not care anymore when really he just mind be tried or in a bad mood and might not have anything to do with me. Any tips on how not to overthink things and just see how things play out before I drive myself crazy???It just sucks not knowing how he really feels. Any suggestions on how to rekindle the romance? It kind of hard to get out and do things because of work hours and his to kids. Do indoor suggestions would be very helpful. I understand that I can't force someone to want to be with me and love me but he did at one point so hopefully if it's not too late to try. Thank you in advance for the help and support

For me it sounds like he just needs a break. Living together can ruin a lot of things in a relationship. My advice would be small boundaries, like more privacy (don't use the bathroom, when he's in / don't change clothes infront of him). Try to care for him like a partner would and then just go sleep at your family's or friends place for a while. It hurts to go, but it's important, you guys need some distance. He knows you too well, so it's important to have boundaries and not to overshare your life. If you make him feel like you are the partner he wants for his future and suddenly disappear, he'll eventually realise that he wants you as a partner. Don't over do it. But try to be a little distant, being too vulnerable can be unattractive sometimes. Show him how good of a partner you would be and then stay away from him for a while. In my experience it has the biggest effect on people. And you're not forcing him anything.
