How do you get your partner to communicate with you when they hate talking about much of anything?

Some people struggle with finding the right words and then it's a disaster because it came out wrong. Are they any good at writing it out? An email or texts or even a letter can help because there is the option of review and edit.

This has been my husband for our entire marriage. It’s his personality, but I’m giving him 4 months to improve and then see if I can stay in the marriage I’d things improve because I can’t have a relationship without my partner talking!

Maybe say to him that you need 30 minutes of conversation every day. The more it happens, the more comfortable he will be perhaps
