Feeling down & Alone even though we are together
So my partner has been acting strange.... He practically ignores everything I say, he’s been stalking his ex and other females he used to be interested in on social media. He’s secretive with his phone, has no time for his family anymore and even when he is here it doesn’t actually feel like it if you get what I mean. Sexually there’s nothing happening and I’ve tried dressing up ect but he still isn’t interested but will ignore me for hours while he watches porn. Is this me? I’m about ready to leave!
It's hard to accept but maybe he is still hung up on his ex. Either way, he shouldn't treat you the way he does. You should confront him about how you feel and if he still is ignorant then you should walk right away before it gets anymore toxic.
Hi, Thanks for your reply and I’ve considered that that is the case in fact I even suggested that his ex and himself catch up and actually see if it’s something they want to pursue, however he will either ignore me or act uninterested. I have many times tried to talk to him about how I feel with these things and how they’re becoming a problem and he will still continue doing what he’s doing with no regard to what I’ve said or he will start with the gaslighting and deflect it to try make it something about me. I’m not sure what to do anymore tbh!

You do not deserve that at all. Sit down and talk to him about it. If he won't change his ways and give you his attention, leave. No one deserve this. He can't love you properly then he don't deserve you.
