I have been with my boyfriend for 9 years now and I have trust issue with being in a relationship with anyone and he has been really good about not making me feel loved but sometimes I feel like he's hiding something from me

Best solution is communication. Sit down and talk to him, let him know your feelings and hopefully he expresses himself truthfuly.
