I don't know what should I do! Please help me.

I am married for 6 yrs and we just had our first child last year. I thought after I gave birth to our daughter we will be able to control ourselves to not having this big fights again like screaming to each other and sometimes if I can't stop myself I ended up throwing things towards him. Just tonight we had this big fight again and he slap me infront of our daughter and start pushing me to the corner. I don't know what should I do? I know I made lots of mistakes towards him when I get pissed like saying words that I should not have said to him.
