I feel threatened

My bf has a lot of female friends. Also there's one he's really close with. I feel insecure and I feel threatened by her. I trust my bf but I don't know how to deal with being insecure and jealous. He showed me their conversation too to ask if I have a problem with it. They are saying I miss you to each other and I got insecure again but I know it's no big deal. How do I overcome this?

As long as she respects you as being his girlfriend, then you should be fine. Hope this helps!

That is the answer but I'm still waiting! My partner has lots of female friends from his social dancing and two in particular. I've never met them as one lives abroad and the other 4 hours away. In the 18 months we've been together I've never been introduced to them either. They are his friends on Facebook so they know about me from his posts of us being together. He has mentioned me very casually in his chats to them But they have never asked after me or made any effort to know more about me. Its all very much about their lives and him. I think that's just rude and disrespectful and on the part of my boyfriend too as I have mentioned about being introduced to them ages ago. It's just rude!

@intelligentTiger5312 My bf didn't introduce me either and same we are long distance. He said he will only tell them if they ask or I come there and meet them. He just say that I have to trust him. And that whoever he dates he will do the same, won't tell his friends abt his gf unless they ask coz he is very private. I respect that as long as if they ask, he won't deny me.

Hmm, to me that still sounds odd behaviour. Why won't he mention he has a girlfriend, surely you are a major part of his life!? And when would the friend ask unless she had a suspicion and so he is being vague to both her and you..... Not respectful on his part with either of you. Sounds like having his cake and eating it.
