I need help to help my girlfriend

Whenever my girlfriend (17) and me (16) get into a bit of a predicament and she gets upset I never know what to do to help, I wish I could but I always have no idea so I need people to tell me what to do to help her in every circumstance please

The one thing you can do for her in every circumstance is simpler to let her know that you are there for her. It’s natural when you see someone upset to want to fix it for them. Just a simple “I’m here for you” “ would you like to talk” is often the support someone needs. You could also encourage her to reach out for help on here or elsewhere if you feel she would benefit for talking with others. Take care
