Jealousy

I never considered myself jealous but since my mental health has been bleh those feelings of unwantedness has come back.

My boyfriend has been taking to one of our friends a fair bit lately she's always messaging him. I get people have other convos and she has been struggling lately but he never asks how I am, never talks to me about my struggles.

Lately we haven't really spent time together. We talk in the day sure, but don't do anything don't watch stuff, play games.

I don't think there's any cheating stuff going on though I can't say what her intentions are.

I just feel pushed out like I'm not worth it.

Talking about things they could be taking about in the group chat you know. I just don't know. It's really upset me but I know it's probably ridiculous

So things are still pretty rubbish.

Still feel left out he messages our friend lots it's like I'm not important anymore. Maybe I'm not.

She deserves support but I don't get any cares given nobody notices, and he doesn't ask me if I'm okay, when I'm down he's not all that supportive.

I get some time spent with me sure but not full time, still gets distracted going through his phone and doing other stuff

Getting sick of it now maybe I should just go home
