Hello. My name is Kaf and I'm here to work on trusting again. Specifically my wife. She had cheated on me before and I forgave her, but the fear of being hurt again is still there to the point where I accuse her with no real reason. I'm hoping that I can learn to trust again. Or at least calm myself before I act

I hear you, @JKGMBNO - learning to trust again is a difficult path. I applaud you for continuing to work on the relationship. While every situation is different, communication is usually the best start. It can be hard to share feelings. All the best as you move forward.
