Learn to be single?

We were not created to be single! Why do we hear this statement so much? I hate being lonely. I know the good person that I am and that I can offer so much to a relationship. How do you learn to be single? I have a stressful job where I have little positive interaction with people. Then I come home to nothing but loneliness. Suggestions? Please help!

@amicableNest6916 you just get used to it I guess i am not even really looking for a bf at this point i just got my first job.
