Need advice
My boyfriend and I are almost 2 years together and I asked him to delete two girls he was dating before me and he refused to delete them with the reason of he never delete anyone from his phone.He said I have to trust him.So I don't know if it is normal.Why he can't delete them?this make me feel sad
I wouldn't worry too much, just keep an eye on it
On the one hand, not removing people from your life is a good thing. That's a measure for a last resort. The thing that bothers me is that they are exes and that changes everything. No one but him can answer why he refuses to delete them, unfortunately. If he wants you to trust him he should be willing to give you an acceptable answer that makes you feel safe with having them around.
I get having to trust people, but what real reason is there to keep his exes on his phone? 'Oh I never delete anyone and so I won't even though it'll make you feel better' sounds both ridiculous and like he's not taking your feelings into account. If hes not still talking to them it really shouldn't mean anything to him to delete them imo.
