I’m in a new relationship, we’ve been together for about a month and it seems like we can’t open up with each other. Every time I try he thinks I’m trying to argue or barely says anything so I never feel like it gets resolved and anytime he gets upset he shuts down and refuses to talk to me and idk how to fix this

If he thinks you're arguing whenever you try to share your innermost thoughts, it sounds like he just doesn't understand you
