She needs space.
Second time on here, just hoping for some advice. Me and my girlfriend have been getting into small arguments and now she has told me that she needs space and it making me extremely anxious and idk what to do or how to react. Help.

This has happened to many of us. The only advice I can give you is: Calm down. I know... easier said than done... But she asked for space, and thats what you should give her. Tell her you understand she needs space, that you care for her, and when she is ready she can contact you. Waiting to hear from her will be very hard, and will test your patience, so find something to do and keep yourself busy. Bottomline: Give her space, sometimes we need time alone to think.
Keep positive thoughts and try doing fun stuff.
