Trust Issues?

I love my boyfriend a lot and I'm trying to be understanding. I'm not sure if I'm being overactive about him giving a coworker a ride to her house. I understand that she is only a coworker/friend but it upsets me that he didn't even bother to ask me. We both agree we would ask each other about cases like these. I know for a fact that if I was in his shoes he would definitely be very upset and hang up on me (has a bad temper). He apologized and I'm trying to be understanding. I know it more than jealousy, I want attention. He barely gives me 5 minutes (if I'm lucky 15 minutes) or his time to talk and check up with me. I'm tired of hearing that he's tired, or he's playing with his friends. Always some sort of excuse and I'm just brushed off to the side. It hurts me more to know that he's willing to put time out his day for her, who is just a friend, and I have to be understanding. I sometimes feel like the villan and I need help getting rid of this guilt.

Thank you. I appreciate it for responding. I tried talking it out and letting him know I felt, but it's not the first time I try telling him how I feel. He always tend to get upset or tells me he can't handle "serious topics" and tries to avoid them. It's so hard to believe his words when he says he loves but has not shown anyway by doing so and you're right. I need to leave but it's so hard because I really do love him and hurts to let go. Ill build courage to do so, but it's going to hurt a lot

And if he keep doing the same thing than you know what to do i know is gonna hurt trust me but the pain wont las for ever so everything in life is a process of getting hurt , healing and learning.

I don't think you're over reacting. Some people out there are just jealous like that. Was there a reason why he had to give her a ride instead of someone else? My bf did this once (which I was okay with because I am not that jealous of a person) and it was because everyone on their shift went home already, she had accidentally locked her keys inside her car and it was snowing. If I was him, I'd do the same.
