Me and my girlfriend .. never mentioned to each other that we are in a relationship. We never named us and we have been together like this for one year three months now. I am madly in love with her. Both of us are facing a lot of mental health issues with ourselves. It has been harder for her to cope up with herself than it is for me. There have been a lot of problems that has arisen and I feel I am giving more effort and we are still working it out. She really makes me live but for her it's pretty hard to feel like this because of her own mental health. She is not ready to talk about her feelings to anyone .. it's only me who knows the most but that is hardly 60 percent of it. She doesn't let me come close to her not only physically but mentally and I try to never rush it. But now she is really tired of her life and she just wants me to go away and I can't do it without her. I am very badly dependant and used to her. I can't let her go and I can't go leaving her when she needs someone the most. Please help me out with it.

From my experience it wouldn't be good if you would tell her that you depend on her and can't live without her. It puts pressure on her and makes her decisions worse, because she would want to stay with you, because she loves you, not because she is afraid of you not having her. For me it seems like you need to do baby steps if you want it to work. Respect that she needs her space. Maybe just go out and don't contact her as much as you used to. She needs time for herself to work on herself and to know what she really wants or needs. And if you're with her too much she'll get used to it and maybe get bored of it. I know it sounds weird, but I talk from years of experience when I say being available and around too much is unattractive. It's difficult and I hope you would still try to just give her some space to think if she really wants all that. You could be the best partner for her, but if she can't even deal with herself, you should give her some time alone. Try to distract yourself. Turn off your phone more often and do something with friends, family or meet some people.
