What do I do?

So my girlfriend and I met just prior to me starting my MCAT. Mind you I play D1 football and also go to a military academy so I place that is very rigorous. The first month was all good because I had more time to do things. But once the new year started , my studies started and I had no choice but to be in control of my time as going to medical school has been my dream for years but I have conflicting priorities with her and going to medical school because I love her. A little bit about her, she is a hopeless romantic, her love language is physical touch and she's very attention hungry; thins that are difficult to satisfy when being as busy as I am. I'm on my last week before my mcat but she thinks that I am going to prioritize my career over my future family and that is just simply not true. As a doctor I plan on being 100% at work and 100% at home . It seems like whatever I tell her she first doesn't believe because she met me at one of the busiest times of my life and idk what to do because we have argued everyday for the past month. I do so much to Reassure and so many romantic gestures but just doesn't seem like enough
