frustrated sex life

Me and my partner usually have sex almost every day. But lately he's always saying that we will sleep together at night, but we don't. I feel unloved, unattractive and not satisfied. I'm sexually frustrated and I don't know how to tell my partner. I don't want him to think that the relationship is based on that.

I'm sure your partner would appreciate and accept your honesty to your desire for him. It's OK to sit down with him and have a serious talk about what you're feeling, focus on the fact that you want him and love him. That you're frustrated because it strengthens your bond together.

I am sure he will appreciate it!

With that being said, you should also respect your partner when he doesn't want to and understand why he doesn't want to? Could he be going through something? What's his perspective, what he's feeling?

Don't make the issues personal and work together as a team to resolving the problem! Remember, things will only start being resolved through conversation, he can't magically guess what you're feeling and neither can you. The issue is not about you, the problem is between both of you!

Hope this helps
