An evolving addiction ?

I have been in serious relationship and after the mental abuse and never really being single I went through a hookup phase and then when I was done with it and thought I might have a chance at another relationship with an amazing guy. It didnt work out the way I hoped because he was talking to someone new and now I am back on this sort of hookup phase and I feel as if I really cannot go without sex. Like talking to multiple guys and pretty much being used for my body. It makes me feel bad but I dont stop.
