Ive had mild to moderate ed my whole life. I improved it alot when I lost 80lbs and became a plant based vegan but its still there at times and drives me up the wall. My gf is very sweet and supportive about it but I always get afraid its the beggining of the end for my sex life when something goes wrong. I have ortherexia because of how my diet has helped my ed and im very critical of what I eat, what I do, what I think and how I live. Its very exhausting most days and it feels like im waiting for my function to slip away most times. Ive been to the doctor who after some tests confirmed I have some sort of medical issue causing my ed he never said what and I was too afraid to prod for more information so he gave me the option of cialis or surgery and sent me on my way. I used the cialis about 5 months into my relationship with my gf to finally lose my virginity. Like I said after changing my diet though I got myself off the medication and things were very manageable and stable for about 2 years. Lately though Ive been having alot of issues in my life unrelated to my ed specifically my twin brother who also has similar symptoms and function to me. While Ive had a gf these past 4 and a half years hes been all alone and hes reaching his boiling point telling me he often thinks of suicide and cant feel any emotions most days. Dealing with all this isnt helping my ed and I just wish i never had it

Imo lots and lots and lots of relaxation and anxiety exercises, including mindfulmess exercises.

Lots and lots of naked cuddling without any pressure to perform.

Stay away from porn.

My husband also suffers from ED. His depression caused it. He wants just to buy viagra online and thinks it will solve the problem, but I don't agree. In my opinion, it is important to eliminate the cause. Thanks for sharing your experience, I'll share it with my husband. And I'm glad you could take off the pills. Good luck!
