Cure for Necrophilia?

I’ve been into necrophilia since I was around 12. I’m now 20 and it still hasn’t gone away. I’ve tried everything to try and make it go away and nothing works. I’m practically an exclusive necrophile with the exception of my boyfriend- but even with him my sex drive is very low. I don’t know what to do anymore I feel like it’s just destroyed my life. I can’t look at anyone or anything without having it somehow loop back around to this terrible fetish. I have no issue with necrophilia for others, but I don’t want to be a necrophile myself. Please no judgement I am trying to get cured. I can’t find anything out there that’s helpful
