Hey, you.

I agree, safety is really important.

It's really important to recognise our feelings to tackle them.

@MrFriendly91 Wise words spoken. The lockdown has many disadvantages as well as advantages. The biggest disadvantage is that due to stay inside, many people's mental health is getting affected in a negative way . However, the advantages are that all this is not only keeping us safe but also improving the environment, hence the lockdown is more of a boon than a bane.

I can't agree more. Almost everyone is starving for physical and emotional intimacy.

It's tough times. But what you said is true.

Really hard these days, we can't meet and there's a a lot of travel restrictions, it's so hard to get a visa going to his country. Been in a LDR since February when his about to go back there's already travel restrictions eversince and honestly due rising cases in my country it will be difficult to travel however due to this situation it made our relationship stronger and much deeper, we tackled aspects of life we didn't really think and talk about before but now we are genuinely honest to each other, this showed the ugly sides of each other yet we still managed to understand, be more patient to each other, communicate and comprehend.

@Janewu

I know what you mean, these are exceptional times and we only emerge stronger from something like this.

Usual plans would have been spoiled and lot of pent up frustration.

It's great that you are coming out strong from this.

Someone asked me if it's ok to vent when it's not about LDR but just how frustrating it is for singles/couples who can't meet.

Please go ahead and share, if you want to talk about it, you can always reach out

@MrFriendly91 well I think it's really tough for couples, especially those who are in different countries and had plans to meet but couldn't due to the COVID 19. So it's tough, but all of us will get thorugh this. After all, we're in this together!! smileyheart
