Why bother asking the question if all you're going to do is ignore everyone's answer and make up whatever you think is correct? Which seems to be that there's some kind of conspiracy of females who are all out to get you and deny what you're entitled too. Yes girls do want to masturbate and have sex, but perhaps there's a reason why they don't want to do that with you. Given your low opinion of females is it any wonder? As you grow older I hope you start to understand that respect is a two way street which you're not entitled to but must earn. You're absolutely rirght, it all depends on the person and how they feel. Some people would like to explore sex or masturbation and learn what it feels like and how to do it, and others just aren't ready yet to make that step yet.
