I’m in a relationship and my gf been in accident and well we can’t be intimate like before? I’m totally emphatic what she going through but not been in this situation before and wonder what will happen to us if can’t have sex for a while?

Can't you do solo or turn to toys/dolls/whatever apparatus that might work while waiting for her to recover? A bit of advice, if you decide to continue your relationship, I think you need to nurture it better. Therefore sex wouldn't be the only standard to measure your feelings for her.
