@JustSomePersonNamedCas hey dear. I think that anything non-consensual would count as sexual harassment. Consent might lack in form of pressuring someone to do something, not asking them before, surprising them with their action, etc. However, I would like to add that in the end, official definitions do not matter as such. If you felt uncomfortable, you were uncomfortable and if it was a bad experience, it was a bad experience and you do not need to "prove" it to anyone. The only way it would count as 100% consensual would be if the person asked for your consent beforehand, got a clear yes from you (plus you being in a position to safely say no in case), and then only proceeded to do the things they received your consent from. It is not a set definition though, as cat calling for example could also count as harassment... I really hope this was helpful in any way :O

Rape is defined by “penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”

Sexual assault overlaps rape but includes many other things that rape does not. This includes but is not limited to unwanted touching, unwanted kissing, sex by coercion, etc.

It is basically sexual assault or rape if someone forces sexual contact, sex, or sexual photos by means of coercion, force, or bodily injury.
