Travelling with birth control pills

So I'm flying off for a family trip soon and I'd like to know, is it okay for me to bring on birth control pills in my carry on luggage? I was planning on taking a few out and putting it in a plain pill casing.

1. Will they expect me to take them out for screening at security?

2. Is it okay to bring other birth control pills into another country?

Because my family doesn't know I'm on them, so I don't wanna y'know haha. I'll be going to cambodia, if that helps. Travelling from malaysia. I don't know how are their restrictions there. I read a lot of different reviews online so I'm not so sure.

Consider contacting the airlines. Depending on how many countries you'll be be traveling through to get to Cambodia, you might be fine on one flight, but not the next.

Regulations can be quite confusing because they're not consistent. Definitely recommend checking any guidelines that are available through your airlines. Typically, you can only have medicine in it's original packaging that shows that it belongs to you.

Hope that helps and best of luck.
