About my feelings
So I just wanna share my story...hope i will feel better
In 2019 me n ny bf broke up..after 8 mnth we reconnect and he asked my forgiveness n we were having a good tym (not in relationship) so in november 2020 he said he got into a relationship suddenly with a girl in his University...obviously i got sad he said he will tell me the reason n all that...as i loved him so he was me in contact via whatsap...he has inflammatory bowel disease so he was undergoing treatment n fortunately he is doing very well now..so henceforth (in November 2021) i started to cut off the contacts though i had to msg him 1 or 2times for some purposes..in 17 dec he wished me on my Birthday..after that we chat for a little then December 19 i changed my whtsap nmbr and got a new nmbr...i dont if he will ever contact me or not...bt i kinda miss him..n i love him
But got nothing in return
All though i need a suggestion - i am thinking to reopen my social media after 2 yrs, he is in it,should i reopen it or open a nw account?
N i think he is still in love with his frst ex (not the current girl) as he still add the in his all social media account even the new ones..bt not me...just a thought actually

It's understandable that you miss the person as you guys have been close. I can't suggest you what you should or shouldn't do in this situation. However, I want to tell you that you matter too. Whatever decision you take, remember to take care of your own mental and emotional well being. It's good to be friends with someone you've been with if you trust the person. As you said, it's not a relationship anymore. If you connect again in a friendly way, that would be okay. Just make sure to remember your self worth. It would be better if that person connects to you himself as you said you were doing fine as friends. That you will know if he's willing to stay. If you choose not to connect, that would be fine too if you're doing well on your own.
Always keep yourself your priority.
