Boyfriend is using me for money
I am being financially exploited by my boyfriend and I need to leave him but I feel so stuck in the relationship. I have been giving him money quite a bit more than 12,000 dollars. He doesn't spend any time with me and recently I found out that he has two girls pregnant and was sleeping with two other females in our building. My finances are in a shambles. I got kicked out of graduate school for nurse practitioner last semester due to stressing out about him. Now I'm on academic probation and have found out I failed my class. I don't know what to do.
@warmheartedPenguin1779 I am sorry. Is there a resource you can use: a school counselor, a financial aid officer, etc. who might be willing to hear you out?
He'll keep exploiting you. I was not quite in that situation (it was a friend and it stopped after she got what she needed from me) but I can tell you he won't stop until he milks whatever resources dry. He won't change.

Thank you for your response. I am reaching out to get some counseling from a licensed therapist and will try to block all contact with him. He is very manipulative and wears me down until I take him back. I will try my best to be strong though.
@warmheartedPenguin1779 Good to hear you are going to get therapy, once you are rid of this jerk, you don't want to end up with another. It's best to learn why you have tolerated it and how to avoid it so that your next relationship is a strong healthy one. Glad you are learning this while you are still young. All the best and keep forging forward with your master's!!

Thank you for the feedback, it is very difficult
@warmheartedPenguin1779 I know it is difficult and I am sorry. Try to find more people to surround you, support you and distract you. Maybe a church group? or a Meetup group? or school group? Something positive to draw your attention away.
You can do it!!!

What are your priorities? Answer this to yourself and go with that. If you pick him, then you will end up giving up your dreams. If you pick your education and future job, then you will give him up. You can't keep both. One has to go. Both ways will hurt emotional, but you might hate yourself if you pick him over your future job.
