Breakup - advice

I broke up with my ex boyfriend 5 weeks ago. We were together for 4 years, 3 years of the relationship we lived together in my parents house. We broke up over effort. He broke it up after I had argument about his effort. He ran to his dads house and broke the relationship in following two days. He still hasn’t got his stuff. He made excuses every time. It was like he was avoiding me. I know little things but he had his relationship staus in a relationship with me for a while with the photos also. He also had my name on his Netflix account (small things I know) Recently, we had some contact on the phone. I started the conversation about how I deserved better on the breakup as it was over the phone. He agreed and apologied! I questioned why he had been avoiding seeing me in person to get his stuff. He admitted he wouldn’t be able to resist me in person (his words) He said he had also been looking at my photos on social media. We started talking sexual on the phone, he then switched and said it’s not fair on both of us talking sexual. He went cold again and said how we needed our space and that he needed to improve on himself. He said he had made his decision and but kept going from warm to cold with me! He has now deleted his main social media so he couldn’t see me on there, I texted him congratulating his mom on her wedding yesterday and he said thank you and that his mom also said thank you. I’m literally in love with the guy and would love to know how I could get him back. I literally don’t know what to say and do! Advice welcome!
