Confused

Okay so there is this guy he really sweet and we used to talk back then when were both single so we have some history I got a bf and he had a gf and they broke up. So now they broke up and he came looking for me I asked him what did he needed but he said he just wanted to talk. We talked for a few days not a lot like 2 or 3 and he wanted to have sex and I told him no because I have a bf I would never cheat but now Im not think ing about the sex but how we used to talk about all these different things and I just enjoy his company but I want to stop talking to him but I cant he confuses me I do not know what to do and yes I do love my bf but its so boring and this other guy he changes it up what do I do?
