Did I ask for help too late?

moved in with my best friend recently. We both have childhood trauma, both have bipolar, anxiety ect.

we really had no other choice bc of financial situation.

i needed a med adjustment bc I was going downhill and I didn't admit it until I said some pretty mean things. I finally told her that I'm sorry and I needed to get help but messed up and hurt you instead. I'm so scared that the damage is done and that there will always be the hurt from my words. I wish I could go back and kept my mouth shut. I really want us to be as open and honest with each other as we used to be. She wasn't afraid to come to me gir anything. Now she is.

@Headabovewater12

she probably does understand, and would like to trust you, but those parts of the brain that hold anxiety are probably hurting and don't trust you yet.

Thank her for giving it another chance, tell he you know she's trying.
