Disgusted At Myself
First and foremost, I love my wife. But I have anger issues. I don't blame our cultural differences. I don't blame my lack of understanding of her language or hers of mine. I don't blame that we're always tight on money every month. I don't even blame my Dad. Even though, as much as I hate to admit it, I'm treating my wife now the same way I witnessed him treat my Mom.
It doesn't even matter the reasons why I get mad... that's a discussion for another day. I just hate that I belittle her, insult her, yell at her. Before I can get to the issues that are causing stress on my marriage, I want to first confront my problem with anger. Help please.

The first step to overcoming anger issues is knowing that you have them..and u know the cause of your discomfort which is good
I guess the first thing u should try is to understand that we have control over nobody..anger stems from our need to be in control . And also we need to be respectful of another human being the irony is we respect strangers but when it comes to family we get into petty arguments..so yeah i guess just be mindful when your angry and control the anger .. Say what u want say clamly and soon you will bacome clam as if its a habit
