Distance Relationship

My relationship is a long distance relationship whereby we do most of our talking online and I've got then used to it but anytime we meet up, I tend to always be quiet and not saying anything but online, I can talk for hours. He is complaining anytime we meet up that he needs me to always talk more often which I find it hard to do,what can I do??
