Divorce
life is truly a box of chocolates. 10 am you are told how much you are loved and by 2 pm you are told things such as: “ I would like to keep the house , the dog…” love is more disposable than we think My fear of being alone consumes me and trying to overcome is not only terrifying but painful. I know that these will disappear with time yet, I know that going through this will be exhausting and all I can do is take as it comes.

Step 1. Breathe
Step 2. You are a good man know it don't think it
Step 3. The pain will be great but your person is seeking you as we speak.
Step 4. Tell your wife she doesn't know what love is.... clearly
Step 5. Take this as an opportunity to find you, the real you, because you are enough
Step 6. Slow slow slow speeding through the pain prolongs suffering. Know we love you, we're here for you, just close your eyes when you feel the sensation to cry and you cry. I would give you a hug if I was able.
As someone who has gone through divorce, the initial shock and change is exceptionally hard- especially if it came as a surprise to you. Its perfectly normal to grieve and be saddened for a bit.
While the adjustment to being single may seem overwhelming, try to look at the positive aspects about it...for me I was able to practice self care and self love, I discovered things that make me happy, I found peace and I started to heal from everything, I set my schedule my way, ate when I wanted to and at what time I wanted to.
Now all these things may not apply to you and thats fine, while it may be the end of one chapter, it is the beginning of another that you get to write as you see fit. You have a whole community to reach out to and help you through this.
Be well and keep moving forward, always try to do better than day before.

I have been on the other side of the fence where I felt my love was being wasted on someone who didn't need, appreciate or reciprocate it. It had felt like a constant cycle of rejection, neglect and invalidation.
Unfortunately, both of those statements can very well be true - that your partner loves you, and that they do not wish to continue this marriage.
Since this is a very recent post, is the divorce finalized already or is there any space to talk things over and understand what the matter is?
