Feel awful about something I said

I feel like I betrayed my boyfriend. I have very bad (diagnosed) anxiety which can lead to a lot of paranoia over things. I often used to get upset about how close my bf acted around one of our female friends (his best friend), and I used to vent to my best friend about it. One night when I was particularly upset I mentioned to my friend that I'd briefly considered breaking up with him but I loved him so much; as well as saying that he's a good person but "it's a shame he's such an idiot" (I was upset but I feel that doesnt justify it). Now, few months down the line, I remember this conversation and I feel absolutely terrible about it. I love my boyfriend with all my heart and we're in a great place now. I just can't believe I'd say something like that all those months ago and the anxiety and guilt is absolutely consuming me. First of all for venting about someone I love and placing him in such a negative light - even calling him an idiot, and secondly for suggesting I'd thought of breaking up with him. I feel absolutely horrible and guilty. I know everyone needs to vent sometimes but the worry and guilt over this is consuming me.
